Our cakes are a labor of love and passion from inspiration to completion. We start our process by baking the highest quality cake possible. We proudly use all the finest chocolate in our products, along with the freshest and local ingredients. No shelf stabilizers, preservatives, additives, lard, artificial whipped toppings or hydrogenated oils are present in your cakes. Our custom cakes are baked fresh when you order. The buttercream mousses and cream fillings offered in our cakes are made by hand.

We specialize in sugar art. Our sugar flowers are a fabulous creations consisting of an almost porcelain like appearance. Made from a sugar dough known as gum-paste they are edible confections that add unbelievable beauty to any cake.
